Meslier

Kiko's racism row opened the door to Meslier.
It was sort of forced on Bielsa. But, because it
did happen under Bielsa, some fans act like
he must be the greatest keeper since Banks.

Everybody makes mistakes but Ilan seems to make them at the most crucial times.
My biggest issue with him though is he doesn't command his box when a cross or corner comes in. He's 6ft4, he should be claiming everything that comes into the 6 yard box. He's leaving it to our defenders when he's the one that can jump and use his hands. Ridiculous that DF can't see this!

I believe there's some truth behind the link to Bielsa. I also think Bielsa's the reason there are still some out there who still believe in Santa Bamford.

Casilla got horrendous abuse from a large part of our fanbase & he was never as bad as Meslier. I think many wanted to believe he was racist just as an extra stick to beat him with.
