It seems to be the choice Graham Potter has, but which one would you choose?
West Ham have the better squad, players like Kudus, Paqueta, Bowen are great. In comparison Everton have Beto, Calvert-Lewin and Jack Harrison (loan). But you could look at it as you have more room to build at Everton, plus there is always a great possibility players like Kudus will push for a move.
West Ham already have the big stadium and a pretty loyal fan base. Everton have the fans and will soon have the stadium.
West Ham owners have allowed a fair bit of spending - albeit some on the back of big sales - while Evertons owners are a bit of an unknown quantity. As said, the Hammers have more obvious money making sales, so if Potter had to sell to buy West Ham arguably have better avenues.
Difficult choice really. Wonder if West Ham will go for Dyche if they miss out on Potter - that is one to excite their demanding fan base
West Ham or Everton

I think West Ham is much more attractive role. Surprised that West Ham have been so open in saying they have spoken to Potter - you are basically telling the current manager, we don't want you and make his position untenable. I mean, who would do that..............

I dont know much about the inner workings of either club. But on the face of it, the hammers seem the better run of the two. Would go for them.

West Ham probably have a better squad to be able to go in and climb the table quicker, and a mixture of better players for someone like Potter to be able to get them on board with his methods.
Probably pay him more too so better pay off when he inevitably gets sacked.

Boring answer, but if I were Potter, I'd be looking at which club is better structured to give him the tools he had at Brighton: stability, smart recruitment, a good fit between their sporting expectations and his methods. Neither club seems to have had a clear view of where they are going over recent years. Both have veered between managers with different footballing styles.

I'd be looking for somewhere close to where I live.
