Grealish

The Daily Fail are suggesting Grealish could leave City in the summer (gossip/speculation). Was just wondering if we could use him at Utd as we have issues with creativity and he could offer something different to the current squad.

Would you guys be open to it? Still think he is a quality player but the move to City just has not worked out for him.

Any thoughts?

No thanks. I have never got all the hype surrounding Grealish. His best season at Villa wasn't that good. Garnacho at a much younger age matched his goals.

No one said it was.

United should have bought him in the first place when Villa sold him. A Man Utd type player if I ever saw one. Probably not so now under Amorim. Unless hes good at triathalons.

He’s certainly been a pretty hardworking player (on match day, at least) from what I’ve seen over the years.

I could have seen him fitting in pretty well in an Amorim side when he was a little younger, playing in the Trincão role.

Interestingly enough, I saw that City were being linked with Trincão yesterday. Probably lazy journalism with nothing in it (there are obvious links between Sporting and City), but I could see him doing well under Pep.

Grealish doesn’t create chances.

Load of rubbish, if he was given more of a license to do so, as he would at Utd, he'd instantly be out best attacking player (assuming Bruno is a midfielder).

The bloke can’t even find Haaland in the box, you think he’ll be creating chances for Hojlund?

I think we can forget about signing any players on relatively high wages for a while and particularly any players who are nearing 30.

Trot up the line for a few yards with the ball at snails pace, be faced by an opponent.

If the opponent doesn't initially make a challenge, turn back and pass it backwards or sideways.

If the opponent does make a challenge, wait for any sort of contact, fall to the floor waving your arms in the air and look pleadingly towards the ref in a desperate attempt to 'win' a foul.

Nice work if you can get it.
