What's even worse is they have not scored a goal in the 6 games since they beat us and they scored 2 past us. In fact just 4 goals in those 14 games and half against us.

How can any Ange cultist try and defend that?

More to do with how bad Spurs defenders are than anything else. Haven't a full back that can defend properly.

We have conceded fewer goals than Brentford and Villa and just 1 more than Brighton. All teams who are above us with more points.

Our Goals for and against compared to our league points is absolutely wild.

Only Liverpool have scored more than us
Only 5 teams have a better GD than us
Villa have scored 14 goals less than us, conceded 2 more goals than us - yet sit 11 points above us

It just shows you have mind bendingly chaotic we have been this season - walloping City away, beating them and Liverpool at home to losing at home to Ipswich and Leicester whilst also losing at a winless Palace

It's the type of stat that you know has to come down to the style of play and the way we're managed. It's a naive brand of football for this league, one in which I'm sure you can get away with in rubbish leagues where the quality of teams aren't there to punish you for it.

I'm afraid Ange is out of his depth despite what he says. I mean all we mean by someone being out of their depth is that they lack the experience required and for this standard of league, he does.

And that will be comprehensively proven when no club in in the Prem, La Liga, Serie A or the Bundesliga ever go near him - he is a 1 and done, Tottenhams version of Steve Kean/Les Reed.

Hopefully we've learnt a lesson to be more careful when approaching managers who have no real experience in a top league. Villa had to learn it when they appointed Gerrard, rectified their mistake and are now better off for it. The same can happen to us.

Fun fact: leicester have lost six without scoring since beating us.

Also fulham beat us 3-0 exactly a year before Sunday’s game (16 March 2024). in that time they didn't win a single match at home while keeping a clean sheet. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
