Estonia finished second out a group of 6 teams from Qualifying group C.
There record reads P 10 W 5 D 1 L4 F 15 A 14 PTS 16
This remember was a relatively easy group with the Italians as expected finishing as clear winners.
Estonias most impressive result was undoubtedly a fine 3-1 victory away to Sebia. But they also lost away to the Faroes and the only side they recorded bacl to back victories against was NIreland.
Here's their results in order
H Faroes 2-1
H Italy 1-2
A Serbia 3-1
H Slovenia 0-1
H Serbia 1-1
A Italy 0-3
A Faroes 0-2
A Slovenia 2-1
H NIreland 4-1
A NIreland 2-1
Confidence is obviously high in the Estonian camp at the moment based on the fact that they have won their last 3 matches.

Slovenia and Serbia are both decent teams do in fairness they did well to get through. I hope we don't get complacent as it's all well and good getting a nice draw but we need to take advantage and cut out the sloppy play. I think bring at home 2nd leg is a huge bonus! Anyone know when tickets are on sale?

Ireland vs NI would have been a fun draw alright!

I was thinking that as well. Pity because we would have hammered them home and away!! No change there then
I'm sure Worthington would have seen "positives" anyway

We surely can't blow this chance. We've been blessed.

the fact of the matter is, we have beaten andorra, armenia, and macedonia home and away already allbeit with a few nervy moments. There is no way we should let this one slip. if we do we dont deserve to be there!

True Derry. If they beat us fair and square over two legs then no excuses.

What if they scored a dodgy away goal to win it in Dublin like the one they scored to win it in Belfast (when I say dodgy, I mean that it was legitimate, but a bit unfair).
Anyway, I dont think its not gonna happen. I reckon ireland will win by 1-0 away and then draw 1-1 at home (just to make it tense for us fans like they always do!).

Yeah it will go right down to the wire Dublondain. We wouldn't have it any other way
Do away goals make a difference like in European club matches does anyone know?
