Just download P90x for free on Pirate Bay, buy a pullup bar and dumbbells and you can do it at home. Just do the weights DVD's and go for some runs or do the cardio vids as well.

Shoulders and arms for me tonight 50 mins followed by Abs 15 mins

No waiting for anyone, no travelling and flucking about. Only cr@p thing is no hot totty to watch whilst working out. Also best weight training I've ever done.

I do an 8 minute abs video on youtube every night, it works brilliantly.

Will need to get a good set of weights for the house, only got a set of 10kg dumbells but they are crap and aren't cast iron,

Quite like a wee trip to the gym though. 3 times a week. then batter out some sets on the dumbells in the house when i can.

Fair enough Rocknrollbhoy. Just go on youtube and type in 'p90x transformation' and you'll see what I mean. These workouts are killers and do the job more than ANY other. The US Marines and Pro Athletes use these workouts.

Got York Iron Dumbells + a lot of extra weight with spin lock collars want some of the quick adjustable ones now.
