If next year's Euro is anywhere near as good as the last one then we're in for a real treat.
Euro 2008 was probably my favourite international tournament of all time. I'm sure many of you can guess why. There were so many late winners, controversial moments, twists and turns, up and downs etc. It had everything.
But what made that tournament so special for me was my home nation's brilliant performance throughout the competition. Arda's last minute winner against Switzerland, Nihat's late double against the Czechs which put us through to the knock out stages and of course Semih's last-gasp equaliser against Croatia were all memorable moments for me.
I just hope we can make it through this time around. Ironically enough, we've been drawn against Croatia in the play offs. That should be a great game. Nuri vs Modric in midfield will be a great battle.
So what were your favourite moments from Euro 2008 and how well do you expect England (or any other country you're from) to do in Euro 2012?

WC 98.
I was 7 and just starting to really get into football. Just have memories of Trezeguet being brilliant.

Euro 2012 won't live up to Euro 2008 for many reasons.
1. Teams will be more scared of Spain.
2. Holland will never play as good.
and the main reason......................
............ England are in it

Best tournament ever was world Cup 2006 in Germany. Four weeks good weather in a row in Germany. What a summer...

@MafiaBoy: Meh I love it, seems like epic strategic battles in Serie A. Also our league has too much hoof and hope and 'we're gonna kick you' amongst smaller teams.
