Blackburn Rovers Football Club confirm appointment of Paul Clement as assistant manager.
Clement-"I'm excited to be here at a big club like Blackburn Rovers and am really looking forward to the challenge.
Kean-"I'm delighted that Paul has agreed to join us. He is someone I know well and respect as a coach and will be on the bench with me at QPR tomorrow."
This appointment no surprise. Cements my belief that Kean will still be here if he loses next 10 games.

reguardless of S Kean i hope Clements is a appointment

Fans could set themselves on fire in protest and Kean would say it was a positive it wasn't everyone.

On paper it is an excellent appointment. He has a lot of experience in coaching and worked directly under Hiddink and Ancelotti at Chelsea, who finished 2nd last season.
I'm quite pleased.
