Our player of the Qualifiers so far?

I would select either of the following 3 in this order

1.Richard Dunne -solid as usual . And what a performance away to Russia. Then he goes and scores the second goal against Armenia.

2.Robbie Keane- had a nightmare away to Slovakia but he did score 5 (very vital) goals for us. Like Dunne he would die for the cause

3.Shay Given- 5 clean sheets over 10 games. Was badly at fault for the Armenian goal but nobody not even Shay is perfect.

I'll take a stab at it, Franko. As the teachers used to say, "put it in a sentence".So,,bearing in mind our pal figures Given/Dunne define pash,,"Shamrock Rovers pashed by Partizan Belgrade on their way to the group stages of European competition, where they joined perennial European behemoths Glasgow Range..." Apologies, i'll take another run at it,,"Ireland pashed by Armenia, landing in the European playoffs, hoping to avoid Scotlan.."Ah well, back to school for me, before you know it i'll be pashin trid an ardchursa insan Ardteistimearacht, slan .

I remember the Rangers idiots coming on the old 606 site to tell us how the bold McGregor would cut Robbie Keanes capers short at the Aviva stadium in the Carling Nations cup. Remember that?

"Robbie Keane has never beaten the mighty Scottish and Rangers giant Alan McGregor". Remember that?

Tell you what I have a striking memory of, if you will pardon the pun, I remember this...

"McShane beats a player, slips the ball to Keane in the middle of the pitch. Keane dribbles toward the Scotland goal. Rangers Whittaker, backs-off, backs-off more, is he afraid of Keane? Keane strikes for the bottom coRNER... McGregor FLAPS. Its a goal for IRELAND! Scotland are beaten. The Rangers players let them in!!!"

Then the Captain of Ireland, Robbie Keane lifted the trophy and the Rangers and Scottish players tripped off back to Scotland to think again.

Do you remember that?

And didn't Robbie enjoy it. .
I'd like to see one of the current Rangers strikers score 16 goals in 19 SPL games
