I'm hoping Clement signals the start of a new era. Whether that be by results improving or Kean going.

Clement ive never heard of him,this is sure gonna be another botched job if Venkys go down the same road.O Neill is free,Mclaren also and there are many up and coming young guns in thew lower leagues ,what about Cloughies lad at Derby he woulkd be a magnificent signing.

Clement left chelsea in summer with new management team coming in he ment to be very good

Thats why I have never heard of him before!We need a a man with experience im sure Clement will fit in but not as the new Kean.

Clement isn't being brought in to be the new manager. He's a good number two - hopefully he was suggested by a manager we're looking to bring in. Idealistic, I know.

I would not be surprised if clement has been given the ok by any new manager who comes in if Kean gets the sack
