St Mirren Will Be Ally's ICT

Prime time to get down to the bookies and stick some cash on Celtic winning the league.

Ally had the opportunity to get one hand on the title yesterday and his team bottled it. Couldn't see out a game at home to little St Mirren while Celtic show incredible character to come back from the dead way from home and rattle in three second half goals.

Celtic will invest again in January in players where a centre half will undoubtedly be a priority, while Rangers who still have to cut £15m from the annual wage bill will not. Celtic just have to show some grit and hang on in there while the going is tough. Seasons are all about peaks and troughs and Rangers still have to go to Pittodrie, Tynecastle and Celtic Park

Rangers have show this season they are far from unbeatable and have struggled against the likes of Maribor, Malmo, Falkirk, Hearts and St Mirren. So Celtic's task while looking a struggle is far from insurmountable. But it is in our own hands and if we are to turn this season around we must start to get our act together and show some form.

The darkest hour is always before the dawn, and it is better that Celtic are having a bad spell early in the season while there is still time to close the gap rather than later on when it might be too late.

So if you're a glass half empty Celtic fan then despair, but if like me you think there are enough factors to give you hope that Celtic can still win this marathon, then get down to the bookies and stick a few bucks on. The odds will never be greater.
