TWITMARSH THINKS WE R FOOLS!

Listen to this:
"We had a reasonable launch, we had a shocking first lap and after that we appear to have lost some front downforce," explained Whitmarsh. "Whether that is damage or debris or something else caught in the front wing, so Lewis lost about 10 points of downforce, which meant it was a bit of a handful."

He goes on further to say: "I don't know whether there was damage, whether we have got some rubber in the slot of whatever, but in fairness Jenson was losing front downforce as well " autosport

What debris? absolute nonsense Button was struggling with nothing, he was even encouraged to attack and told his pace was good he can attack Webber. Whitmarsh is just telling us raw lies here, with the truth plain for all of us to see (I hope so). Button was waiting for people infront of him to fall off as usual so he can capitalize.

What gave it away was, Hamilton on lap 39 made a radio call demanding to know from his useless engineer, if they had maximized his front end during Lewis's pitstop, which clearly they did not!

Damage to two cars at exactly the same point, for which we saw for ourselves the other car wasn't struggling? Twitmarsh knows full well this sort of nonsense can only be lapped up by naive school boys and fortunately for Twitmarsh they constitute the majority of F1 fans!

it cant be just coincidence.i mean in the last few races alone, lewis has had punctures, problems with refueling, being sent out too late in quali, and now this.
maybe someone wanted to see lewis have another bad race with button overtaking him,and taking all the glory.
i think the plan didnt involve button falling back like he did at the start.
they were hoping jenson stay close to lewis and overtake him at some point in the race, because he'd struggle with the lack of downforce and understeer ,causing his tyres to wear out quicker, and button would go on to finish ahead of lewis.that would have made whitmarsh a very happy man.
i expect there'll be more dodgy going ons in india.

Twitmarsh must think we some kind of clots, Hamilton struggled from the get go, Vettel passed him and pulled a 7s gap on him,! Where were those purported marbles at the beginning of the race, Twitmarsh is just plain disgusting!

good point.

With punch and counterpunch been thrown on this and other threads I think it is only prudent to call a truce on this even if it is only for 24hrs out of respect for Dan Wheldon who was so tragically killed earlier on today at the Indy 300 in Las Vegas

forgive me if i am missing something here , mclaren were the quickest package during practice and qual and very competitive in the race ,
but for some unfathomable reason hamiltons car miraculously turned into a chocolate tea pot inbetween saturday night and the green lights -

sounds like another excuse from the hamilton big book guide to fairy stories --

Martial true to form, just barging into conversations which are beyond your reasoning capacity but within range of your constant twaddle eg. chocolate tea pot.

You may find that we both in agreement had u not decided to jump the gun :"sounds like another excuse from the hamilton big book guide to fairy stories --
"
These fairty tale excuses were fabricated by none other than, yours truly Mutton Twitmarsh mentioning "rocks" hitting Jenson's wing, tyre rubber congealed in a slot, only muppets like u Martial would feed into such such drivel!

Lewis Hamilton, MP4-26A-03:
459s (+0.689s, 3rd)
Pitstops: Two: laps 15 and 33 (Op-Op- Pr)

“This was one of my strongest races of the season. There was so much pressure from Mark [Webber] behind and it would have been so easy to make a mistake, lock up or go wide – but I’m really satisfied that I didn’t do so once. I believe that withstanding pressure is the mark of a world champion, and I think I showed that in today’s race.

“Our car started off reasonably well, but the front-end dropped away through the race. By the end, all the switches in the cockpit that could help me were adjusted to the maximum! The differential and front wing were at the maximum possible, and there was still nothing I could do.

“I was driving into corners with almost maximum lock and the car still wasn’t turning – so I couldn’t carry the speed through the corners, and that’s how Mark was able to catch me. It was only after the race that I discovered we had an issue with debris lodged in the front wing, and that’s probably what caused the understeer.

“This was a good, strong result for the team. The guys didn’t put a foot wrong all weekend, so we should be proud of today’s result – but, man, it was hard!

“I really hope we can carry our continued momentum through the next three races. It feels good to be back.”
