Very close, and these 2 are the only genuine world class midfielders in the league, but I'd like to compare them.
Heading - Wilshere
Passing - close, but Wilshere
Defensively - Wilshere
Dribbling - Silva
Crossing - Wilshere
Pace - Wilshere
Skill - Silva
Shooting - Wilshere
Set-pieces - Silva
Awareness - Wilshere (this is how he is not only able to be excellent in attack but also sense danger and eradicate it)
It's evident that Wilshere is just ahead of Silva, both a joy to watch but Wilshere can be combative and has more to his game, which is why he is ahead of Silva.
Thoughts?

Silva is spainish wilshere is English, how on earth wishere can be ahead of Silva stupid OP. One represents the all conquering nation the other belongs
to a pathetic no skill no technic no clue football culture background.
Same hype was created around Rooney few years back, result? Epic fail.
You English never learn

I don't think there is an Englishman that thinks Wilshere is seriously better than Silva.
It's wummery not at it's finest.

Albert Riera represents the 'all conquering nation' too though and he was garbage.

I'm happy for you. You have every right to think your player is world class. I seriously hope he turns out to be for England's sake. Unfortunately you sound just like a tabloid setting him up for the fall. Perhaps you can help me, exactly what has he achieved to date?
