Best Under-21 Players

Hiya guys,

There's often talk about who people think is the best player in the world, and it now seems to be accepted that Messi is the best, and quite possibly one of the best ever (I wouldn't know, I've never seen the Pele's, Maradona's of this world live).

But my question is, who do you think is the best under 21 players? If you could give me two answers....
One for who is the best right now in terms of quality
One who will be the best in the future, say 7 years time

For me, and I know I'll get some stick for this, it's Wilshere for both. That boy is mindblowing.
