Santos vs. Gibbs


Santos

> Attacking wise.....FxCKING QUALITY
> Defensively.....Good at one on one situations, stands his ground.

LB who can provide sheer class going forward, satisfactory defensively. Might make Song's job harder as he's got to cover for young Carlly & Santos...

Gibbs

> Attacking Wise.... Good, crosses are normally accurate, loves to overlap his AML, and provide passing options near to the corner flag, Santos differs as he looks like he wants to cut in a central position for a shot / killer pass.

> Defensively....Decent.

Gibbs & Santos both started as attacking left sided players, and it shows more in gibbs, as he lets the oppostion run past him as if someone is behind him to sweep up, then he realises no ones there, he then slides acrobaticly & dangerously. This works against your average joe, use the same tactic vs. Nani and Co. ?

We're Effed.




SUMMARY

Santo's is more than an adequate cover / rotational player for Gibbs, and vise versa.

Santos / Gibbs can be played late on to play AML.

Santos and Gibbs are similar

Santos is 28.
Gibbs is 21.

Gibbs is going to be quite something. Santos will push him to work harder and improve defensively.
