Bruges Tickets

I've heard rumours that there will be tickets available at the game for blues fans as there is about 1000 unsold tickets in the bottom tier of the stand behind the goal, and the Belgian police want to have the blues fans in the same place so they can try and maintain some sort order, however the blues official have confirmed that no tickets will be sold on the day of the game.

I heard something about a similar situation in Madeira but not sure what exactly
