Would Rooney have an ASBO if no football

I'm glad he's had his ban extended to 3 games. He doesn't learn and to be honest I don't think he ever will?? He's so talented but I think if he wasn't a footballer, he would surely have an Anti-Social-Behaviour-Order. He'll only get it when he misses games. There's a good chance he'll play 1 or max 2 games in the Euro's for England.. I think the newspaper headline of 'Looney Rooney' is very fitting. What do you all think?
