Can England stop India's juggernaut?

I have serious doubts that England can prevent India going 3-0 ahead in this series.
Much has been written about England's failure with the bat which is clearly justified but our failure with the ball is even more worrying.
So far our bowlers have taken only six wickets and never look like threatening to take more.
Kieswetter looks to be only capable of T20 style batting and our bowlers contribute little with the bat.

Surely Bell should open with Cook and Finn should be replaced.
