Very good comments. Nail firmly hit on the head. I think the last two results have been priceless. At a stroke, Steve Cotterill has lifted the gloom and reinvigorated the players. One could argue that the Forest machine "wasn't badly broken" but confidence is key and under McClaren we were completely out of the stuff.
It would seem that apart from putting an arm around a few shoulders and telling them how good they are, SC has done the right thing by starting fixes at the back.
I love his honesty, his humility and sense of humour - all his interviews to date have been fantastic. He positively bristles with enthusiasm. I can well imagine that people are lifted by his personality.
