Think about it, will Fergie allow that to happen again in the next game? The for see able future? He said in his post match interview, there will be a response.
In the next two months I'm very hopeful of a pick up in form, and a drastic one. After Cleverly went, our form dipped, and everyone knew about it, yet in a way turned a blind eye (including me) to it (seeing as we kept on winning).
This game is the one where our eyes are no longer turned away from the obvious.
Our Midfield needs a shake up, the problem is there is no one to shake the Midfield up apart from Cleverly.
The next game we will beat Everton, and we won't LOSE any more games up till Christmas, I'm sure of it.
Surely Fergie will now see where our problems lay, which players have not been performing as well as they should be, which need to be dropped.
Yes we easily lost the battle, but I've not changed my opinion on us winning the war.
Exciting times for us

im actually not that down..could be a blesing in disguise..City are now CLEAR favourites for the PL (which they will win, iv predicted by 8 points) and now our midfield has been shown up for what it is..if you think Cleverly is the answer too then

If you think you'll win the title this season you're deluded.
Honestly, when you're 3rd team turned up and played us off the park in the League Cup, I thought no-one could touch you.
But after seeing how much you struggle to break teams down away from home since then, I think it's Man City's for the taking.
That said, Chelsea down to 9, your turn to laugh

a billion pounds in debt, an old slurring manager whose sell by date is past tense, a sloppy defence and a forward on 200k a week who lookis like hes had enough
good times ahead eh!

If you think City will win the League by 8 points this season you are deluded. When have they ever done that? Or last won the League?
MUFC were weaker than we are now last season yet we won the Title by some 9 points.
Predicting City to win the League by 8 points?
Also, how is predicting us to win the League deluded? Your opinion is based on today. MUFC have nearly always finished 2nd or 1st since 1992. Fact.
MCFC have never gone past MARCH and still in contention for the PL. I've posted somewhere recently that the Title contenders are realised at around February/March, Not now. Look at Chelsea last year.
MUFC IMO will still win the Title.
The sad thing is is that most on here get sucked into the SKY punditry

Ok I want all the regulars like BlackredWhitseide to finally admit our midfield is not good enough. Anytime a United fan criticises Fletcher, Ando or Carrick they get accused of being disloyal and knowing anyting etc. Quite simply our CM is not good enough against the better teams. Today we paid the price because of the sending off and an unsettled back four.
Our midfield was not commanding even in the first 20 minutes they never joined the attack.
Silva like it or not is the best midfield player in the PL bar none ! Mata also a quality buy. We need one playmaker of this quality and IMO we also need a player with drive and strength alongside.

Think we just stopped playing last couple minutes ...wow, three goals scored...sounded like giving up the ship...
...no more wingers..need a real defensive playmaker (or two) in center field.
