A very exciting game at Windsor yesterday & credit must go to both sides for it,as for the game itself I have to admit we were very lucky to come away with the 3 points in saying that though we had our chances too, though you would'nt think that if you listened to Ronnie(never biased) McFall after the match!!! Bit disappointed in Rory Patterson's actions when being subbed,to be fair to him it was one of his better games for us but at the end of the day the team comes 1st & if he doesn't like it he knows where the door is.Depending on what was said between him & Big Davy after the game my opinion would be that come January Mr Patterson could well be shown the door

Somehow I just had a feeling the Blues would win !!
Interesting to see how the Patterson situation will turn out. From the outside looking in, it appears the move hasn't worked out as predicted for all parties so far, but of course it is still early days. Glad we didn't get him in the end, our own maverick striker as been a revelation since he came back into the fold. Delighted with Hammy's displays and approach so far, he's been different class for us.

I mentioned last week that Patterson was causing problems within the club.
He's similar to Hamilton.
When you are scoring goals on a regular basis your team mates will overlook the moans and huffs and hissyfits. But when the goals aren't forthcoming its a different matter.
Good 3 points for the Blues and particularly well done to that arch predator Jim Ervin.
Goalscorer supreme.

According to Big Davy the Patterson incident has been dealt with I'm sure afew choice words were spoken,it's now up to Rory to answer back his critic's he can either get his head down & start putting a shift in or he can sulk till january & then leave. As for the Hamilton fella he's been top class since returning with the Glens no doubt about that,I'm told though that Scott Young was put under pressure from above him in the club to get Hamilton back playing after him saying that he would never play for him again. They say no player is bigger than the club it would appear that Hamilton IS bigger than the Glens!!!!

Loada nonsense mate. Hammy, any other player, the manager or even a chairman will never be bigger than the club. The way I see it is that this is Hamiltons last year of his contract and he knows that if he knuckles down that produces the best football he can, it will make him highly sought after by both our club and few others North and South come June. A good position to be in from a contractual negotiation point of view. He's been top notch, and long may it continue.
So another goal spree last night and another big night out to look forward too. You boys will be under pressure to complete your side of the bargain tonight with the Reds showing some good form lately. I fancy a wee Glens v Cliftonville final at a sold out Seaview.
