no in all seriousness this guy is the best striker in the league. his touch, shot, skill, balance and finishing is second to none. he really is a classy player.

This is going to be worst than cesc, he'll be at city next season, no doubt.

I don't like how RVP is getting all gervinhos credit. He created both chances from nothing and due to RVPs great movement he scored. But still I feel Gervinho isn't getting the credit he deserves.

Gervinho MoM probably, he was excellent. RvP is our only class striker though, unless Park turns our to be amazing...

Yeah people who actually watched the match realised he played great. But all the headlines will say 'Robin comes to the rescue and guns down stoke' etc and then go on to say he won't stay and he will leave in the summer blah blah

i never said gervinho doesnt deserve credit! i just didnt bother including him in my article as he hasnt done enough to warrant my credit. this article is about how brilliant the best striker in the league is. its not about some mediocre forward who was only bought in because he was cheaper than other alternatives.

gervinho is a quality player. give him a little while to settle in the country, gel with his new teammates (which is already starting to happen, his link-up play with arteta and rvp was looking very good yesterday) and get used to our league, and he is going to look a real bargain.
2 quality finishes from rvp to find the space to squeeze them in, but gervinho was the man yesterday.... a goal and 2 assists, quite apart from being simply our most dangerous player in the final third for the entire game.
