Although Meggy more or less says that he dosnt know who but to me its bloomin well obvious, dont clubs realise that they could potentially waste money on players who score goals for fun, then get a big money transfer to a bigger team only to either be warming the subs bench or not play as well coz it will be a completely differnent team. On the other hand Madine may want to test himself at Champ or even Premiership level and who would blame him as it would be a 'Big Opportunity' but how many times have we seen players go to bigger teams then become a shadow of thier former self, purely because they struggle to fit into a new team, then get dropped, then gety farmed out on loan, then sold for a fraction of what they paid. If he did leave then it would be for a HUGE price and then we could potentially get the better end of the deal financially to bring in a decent replacement.

I for one does not want Madine to leave, why I hear you ask? Well as well as not wanting him to leave with him being one of, if not the best player we have, the other reason is that the guy has worked so hard to sort his life out and nuckle down to do what he does best and that is score goals, I get the feeling that playing for a bigger club in Prem with far bigger wages could potentially go to his already brash head and that would mean more nights out, thus affecting his form and perhaps his career.

For me he is at the best place for his development, yes he has potential to become a top player but in order to do that, he needs to play in a team that are together and play to the kind of tactics that we are playing, then if we keep hold of him and go up to Championship, keep the same ethos that we have at present, then who knows he could be lining up for us in the Premiership, as they say, you never know in football!!!
