Sort this mess out ASAP.
We do not want Mc Leish anywhere near VP. Lets weigh up the pros and cons here. CONS- Hes been relegated twice, his style of football is bloody awful, he will not attract any talented players of any note, this is an awful backward step and after 3 loses for Villa he will be lucky to leave VP in 1 piece. Even MON beat his team 6 on the bounce . It will also cost 5 million to compensate blues. The reasons above are enough for me but the main 1 is that hes a blouse for goodness sake.
The PROs- Absolutel zilcho. None whatsoever. Not wanted here.
Oi General Krulak and Co.

Everything about the history and ability if this man to me is at odds with the statement they have issued. This man has failed to grow blues with more money than others so how will he achieve that with villa

I am in shock that we are even interviewing a ex blue nose manager who has got them relegated twice, plays old wimbledon style football.. I have been going down villa park for over twenty years and a season ticket holder for many of them. If he gets the job I will not set foot in villa park till he has gone.. which with his premiership experience will be next summer when we will be playing in the championship

Davidvilla, McLeish could only work with the tools he was given at BCFC.

The problem with McLeish is the tools he had were as good as several other PL sides. Others succeeded, he didn't. B'ham folded in the final part of the season; that's the manager.

Didn't they get relegated because they failed to score enough goals and seeing as virtually every striker they had was injured then that wasn't surprising. He also won them their first major honour and their highest league place in many a season.
I'm not his biggest fan and I acknowledge that there are better candidates out there but if he is appointed manager, which now seems 100% certain, then he should be given everybodys full support.
