According to the One Team In Ireland website, NIreland manager Nigel Worthington has contacted ROI reject Alex Bruce to switch allegiance to the North!!
Just shows how desperate things have become for NIreland. Bruce currently at Leeds United is way down the pecking order for the ROI. He played two friendlies for the ROI and managed to make Paul Mc Shane look like Bobby Moore. Yes thats how rubbish he is!!!
What next, will Worthington be approaching players from Salthill Devon to line out for the North. It just keeps on getting better.

to be fair to northern ireland do they have any better?
he is playing regular football with leeds in a good league, trappatoni doesnt seem to look beyond the premiership for players

Stephen Hunt plays in the Premiership with Wolves, Long will be at a Premiership club by the start of next season and Barton has never being selected for the Senior side only the U-21's.
Hopefuly Green has gone further down the pecking order after our Midfield performances in the Nations Cup and the away wins over Macedonia and Italy
