Our Backline

The potential signing of samba/cahill or both would improve our backline a lot but I'm I the only one that feels we need to defend like 10 yards deeper. One time too many it has taken one long punt down the field and our backline will be caught flat footed. I think if we defended a bit deeper it could help our defence a fair bit

Ye especially against certain teams. Like man u we had all the ball, they had 2 counter attacks and scored. With a ball over to nani or someone who then crosses to park or tap in for rooney.

Shut up and go back to your board. Stop being so picky, he was trying to make a point. I understood him fine, who cares if he has missed a full stop.

Get a life. Do you have anything more useful to do rather than wum by picking people up on their grammar. Anyway you probably have school tomorrow so i think its bed time. Those year 7 days can be quite tiring,

No, I like our high line, it helps our style of play, especially since of CB's are fairly quick
The problem is set pieces and mistakes. Zonal marking and harder training will do the trick
And maybe Samba, not Cahill.

Why didn't you call yourself Tottenham_Man, surely Tottenham_Boy makes you seem a bit young doesn't it.
Or maybe you're just a kid acting tough
BUT THAT CAN'T BE! IT'S JUST NOT POSSIBLE!

because thats how the song goes.... "we are the tottenham boys"...

maybe you should call yourself the a.r.s.e... after your greatest song.. the highly creative "arsenal, arsenal, arsenal"

I'm sorry, I don't know Tottenham songs
And our greatest song is actually "Ooh to be a Gooner!"

And a whole stadium of boys and you call Wenger a paedophile! Seems slightly hypocritical doesn't it?

Our high line is not the problem. Our problem is that when the high punt is made, none of the our players bothers to apply pressure on the ball.
