It want, it will be like the NotW phone hacking thing, I very much doubt Levy new anything about it. He asked a man, who asked a man who asked a dodgy man to keep an eye on what was going on. The guilt will stop at least three steps back from Levy I would think, maybe a small fine for Spurs, but I would not bet even on that.
