when did fergie become the new tinkerman? he buys de gea for £18 odd million becoming the worlds second most expensive goalkeeper, and decides to swap him with lindegaard almost every other game! whats goin on? (and pls dont say because he can!)
fair enough in defence there has been a few injuries but still he keeps swapping the RB position like its goin out of fashion.
and now with the goalkeepers, i dont remember VDS being on the bench for less than 5 occasions (im talking about CL and PL) even benitez didnt mess about with his goalkeepers
whats the reasoning behind his tinkering this season?
why is fergie swapping goalkeepers?

Yep, they need the experience, sure, and they all seem very solid. The CC and Amos explains itself. Fergie has always picked 2nd string sides for that competition, so Amos knows where he is in the pecking order. In the CL atm he picks Lindergaard. As United progress in the CL I expect to see DeGae used more often as the 'No.1'
------------------------------------
I expect this also, but what is the harm in giving Lindegaard a few games in the CL group stage?

I expect to see De Gea in goal for the Benfica game.
We will have to beat them to have any chance of winning the group.

Lindeegard has played 2 (TWO) games, from my recollection.

So do I. But if Lindergaard plays I don't expect it to make United's task any harder. I don't think there is much between these 2 keepers actually.. or certainly not as much as people thought there would be... I think this has thrown Fergie, a little anyway.

Far to early to say really. I have seen a few shakey moments from both, and some superb goalkeeping from both.
De Gea shades it for me due to his excellent distribution.

Learn to count. You will then realise how pointless your article was.

Give them both as much game time as possible. Both good shot stoppers, Lindegaard wins on high balls and general control of 6 yard box, De Gea has great distribution. If they can learn from each other and both play regularly we're well covered for years. And Ben's good too

I dont get how some people seem to think Lindegaard is this vastly experienced keeper ! He's been playing in a pub league his whole career never played in CL or Wafa cup before this season.
Whereas De Gea has played in Wafa cup (winning it) for A Madrid. And has more experience at top level even though he is 20 !
He's won euro under 21's also.

"some people seem to think Lindegaard is this vastly experienced keeper"
Which "some people" would these be who think he is "vastly" experienced?
He may not be "vastly" experienced, but the fact that he was 2010 Goalkeeper of the Year in both Denmark and Norway, has played in European competition, and has played for Denmark since 2002 at all levels does represent no little experience nonetheless.
David De Gea has played 57 games for Atletico, never played outside of his home nation and has never represented his country ar senior level.
I really can't see the point of yet again pitting two Manchester United players against each other in a pointless "my guy is better than yours" scenario a la Berba/Tevez, Nani/valencia, Carrick/Anyone etc.
They are both young, have promise, and are OUR players. If either one of them has a long career at OT as no1 and attains the status of VDS or dare I say Schmeichel, then I really don't care which of the two it is.
"Pub League". Yeah. Like the one Schmeichel came from.

This is as Lucifer said, a pointless article.
There was similar rotation last season when VDS was N.o 1.
Amos played in the CC
Kuzjack played in the Champions league
What has changed?
p.s "Pub League". Yeah. Like the one Schmeichel came from.
He got you there
