Don’t think he’d be a bad signing but 1 in 4.5 ratio isn’t to sparkling really is it. I really liked him when he was at Swansea bet he’s kicking himself now. Especially being linked with a league 1 club.
So is this sending a message to Mellor i.e. you can keep messing around mean while we are still looking, or is it another useless rumour? The answer is out there somewhere.

To be fair though looks like there is a lot of work going on down there.

I quite like Scotland watched him play for town a few times last season and think playing for us he could well be very good at this level. I think also at Ipswich certainly for the first half of the season the service to him was awful.

Reason he didn't play at Ipswich is because Paul Jewell didn't take to him.
If he wasn't on massive wages, I'd welcome him.
