What were everybody's thoughts?
I think it was a fair result, we were poor first half but second half we were unbelievable.
To get the negative out the way first, I though Rooney was poor, likewise Zigic and like I said previously we were poor first half. I think this in understandable though when you make a 8 changes to a team.
Second half we were like a new team, I thought N'Daw had a great second half and for me he should start at Reading on Saturday. Beau couldn't pass water second half but was MOTM for me second half. Also Murphy was excellent and I have never been a fan of his but again should be in the 11 come Sunday.
Had a great night, meet some top Brugge fans before the game and we showed them the way to the ground and had a some good chat about football in general.
Thoughts on the game?
So last night......

Tbh, I don't think UEFA know who should be where.
We beat Bruges, Bruges beat Braga, Braga beat us.
Yes, we're equal top

Equal top sounds good to me!
I was on Uefa website this morning and they had us second, so if the league was to finish today then that is where we woud finish.
Brugge drawing against Maribor in the next game and then 3 points for us against Maribor should be enough to see us through.

Lot of people seem to think we were very poor first half, I thought we did OK but lacked a bit of creativity & width. I think it was a good idea using Zigic as he can link the play well, but last night he didn't do it as well as he can. I thought Fahey and Ndaw did well in the first half and even better second half, looks like we might have a midfield pairing sorted, then competition in that area once Mutch is back. Agree that Rooney looked poor, he didn't seem match fit to me to be honest. And Doyle seemed to lose concentration at times and generally didn't look comfortable.
Nice to see some aggressive substituions a la Barry Fry from CH, thought Wood looked sharp & Burke looked good as he always does now, we missed him last night, I like Elliott but he won't unlock defences like Burke can. Afraid to say I thought King was rather poor, I do like him and his work rate is excellent, but for some reason he doesn't sem to be having as much of impact on games as he might lately.
My MOTM was Ndaw but was pleased for Murphy who for me has been better then Ridge this season.
Congrats to CH once again, 9 unbeaten now, that speaks for itself. I can come on here and pass comments like above but I know that in reality his job is tougher than it looks and he is doing a fabulous job.

Only worry is we lose to Braga and Brugge beat Maribor then a draw in the final match between Braga and Brugge sees them both qualify. So realisticly we could finish on 10 points and not qualify. That would be a sickner.

I know, I said that last night after the game. If we were all to finish on 10 points and we didn't qualify that would be the biggest sickner ever!

Had we finished the group on 0 points would have been a sickener but if we finish on 10 points I won't be able to hide my pride. Who would have thought we would even be discussing the knock-out stages let alone possibly getting there.
Whatever happens, we give it our best shot and its guaranteed we'll be in with a shout come the Maribor game.

Are there any places for high-ranking third-placed teams in the next round?

Not that I know of Blackrose.
Your right RBC, we should feel proud of how the players have performed in this competition. they have done us proud and even if we go out we have done ourselves proud!

that's a shame but as you say third place on 10 pts we should indeed be very pleased with how we've done

Who's to say we can't get something out in Braga, we weren't given much hope for Brugge away but we went there and got the win.
