Can I just explain to you.
As a bear and coming from Maryhill, I do realise that your knowledge of anything especially football would leave a lot to be desired. Wangama is an excellent footballer and so is Brown. Celtic are in a sound financial situation, there is no financial reason why Celtic would want to part with either player. I know it is difficult for you to understand, despite the fact both are midfielders they are not completing for same position.
