But Neon, sometimes in life you are automatically endeared to someone who is "attractive" in their field. In this instance, seeing a 17 year old hammering my own team (England) was something that earn't my respect.

My main point is the fact he was 17.years old. I did know right and wrong at 17, but I made a lot of mistakes.

Beyond this lads grown up appearance was a boy of 17.

Very sad. Like I said I despise what the 3 of them have done, but I cannot help how I feel inside...

Well said Yorkie. An example has been set for cheaters of all ages now and I hope after his ban he returns and educates other youngsters to steer away from this crime.

The riots are slightly different. That was a prime example of youngen's with nothing to do, using it as an excuse to cause upheavil. The damage they we're doing was personal, dangerous and downright evil.

Though, we as cricket fans know the impacts of fraud on our game, the riots in the UK cannot be compared to a lad bowling a couple of "fake" no balls.

And before you say it, I know that Sachin would never do anything like that... We all know the great man only brings good to our game.

Neon, I am not argueing that he didn't deserve punishment. I am centre-right politically so quite strong minded. I have strong views on many things so lets not act like I am a soft lad.

My only major point is, he was 17 and new to the team.
Butt and Asif were older and major links in the team.

When I think back to my mindset, nievity and decisions at 17, it seems like I am a different person now, 12 years on.

He deserves pusnishment, but I have a right to feel sorry for him - as others seem to agree on this post.
