National depth of talent

Germany. They have their share of clever players and hard workers. Great work ethic.
Spain. Having lived there for 8yrs until a year or so ago i was constantly told that they have no heart. WC winners atm but possibly the first and last time.
England. Too much money. No class. Oh well.
Italy. Good pasta.

To conclude; My money would be on the Bundasliga.

Fairly straight answer, Spain, no question about it. Then bundasliga then Dutch league thaen serie And then English league.

I guess this question is sort of asking about strength in depth. 20 teams in a league with 25 players per squad so thats 500 players in the league. So would a mid table Spanish team beat a mid table German/English/Italian team and the same at the foot of the table?
Reason I ask is because the reason the Spanish national side is doing so well is because the vast majority of the players play together for Barcelona. Without rhe famous Barca youth development programme what state would Spanish football be in?

Go look at thier u21 side, u might get an idea what shape they ll be in even without barca production supply line.

Spain's U-19s have just won their semi 5-0 to reach their 6th European U-19 Ch'ship final in the last 10 editions Over a dozen youth titles and around 25 finals played in the past 15 or so years surely gives a good indication of the current depth in Spanish footy.
