Lucus to help break up play if the defence is in their positions and if not he can slot into the middle of defence untill the either left or right wing defender slots back in. Why hasn't Wilson been introduced as a defender yet?

Bellamy has a free role and Suarez and can interchange roles with him, Johnson and Maxi can change wings. Johnson can cover Kelly if he loses the ball whilst over lapping and Gerrard and Hnederson can start to play either deep or one can go in to make the system a 3 man attack.

Play that team against City we will.

woops i forgot i had enrique in lol........obviously we need enrique in, scrub henderson and slot Bellamy in for one half.

When Shelvey comes back we can then start to play a different system, he will replace Gerrard eventually

In my defence:
its an early sunday morning; still hungover that whisky kicked like a mule.

Yeah, I think we would still lose with those twelve players in those positions.

Johnson is a right back. He is better than Kelly, so he should play right-back. Adam should play in place of Henderson. Adam has been our best midfielder so far this season and is looking like a great buy.

Downing should play on the left as he offers much more than Maxi in this game, he sticks to his position and does well tracking back also.

I don't think Gerrard will be fit for this game either.

Basically our problems are not against big teams, so we don't need to change anything.

Our problems are against small teams. We set up 4-4-2 and play into their hands. We have Lucas playing, who doesn't need to be playing and worst of all we keep sticking with it when it hasn't worked.

Adam has been average. If that's the best our midfield can do then I don't see us anywhere near top 4.

Johnson can play as a mid, he can deliver a cross, he can cut in and shoot thats more than Kuyt can do. For me sometimes its what a player brings to the team not as an individual.........Maxi and Merilies brought luck to our team plus MAXI SCORES GOALS........u have to be stupid or thick to ignore that...in Kenny's case he is being pig headed.

Agreed Henderson should be used as a youngster but when he plays lets play him in the middle as thats his game. I still think Adam needs to shift about half a stone , he could be really excellent if he did this via diet control and work on his calf muscles.

We didn't need to track back last season as we were camping in the other half, lets assert our game on the other team!"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
