Bala Town 3 - 0 Aberystwyth Town

Good result but a complete fluke.

Firstly, the first and third goals where blatantly offside. I know the second came from a corner, but the ball was clearly shown to curve out of play, so you can scratch that off.

Secondly, the last time i checked, grabbing an opponent shirt and giving him a headlock, inside the penalty box, constitutes a penalty. In which case Aberyswyth should have got 4 penalties. Personally, I’ve never seen such clear disregard of the laws of the game. I'm not looking to get into anything libellous, but I reckon the referee was paid off. He should have sent two men off and missed those blatant penalty shouts.

Thirdly, that pitch of yours, what a joke! I’ve seen pig sty’s in better condition then your pitch. Why don’t the ground staffs do their job and tend to make that pitch playable? If you don’t want a pitch capable of playing the game of football on it, maybe you should save yourselves a bit of money and consider playing on the local marsh field.

Lastly, maybe the rules of the game have changed since I checked, but I was under the assumption that the game should last 90 mins plus stoppage time. So when your central defender pulled up with an injury and you didn’t have a replacement because you had made all your 3 substitutes, why did the referee decide that 78mins was enough and whistled full-time? I mean WTF?!?! To top it off, not a single Aberyswyth player complained! Not one! Not even the manager.
