Bit of fun...

Looking to the future and if all rumours and reports are to be believed with Pearson in and given money to spend in January.....

What player or players do you think should be signed that would improve the current squad?

Try keep them realistic within the sort of money Pearson is supposed to be being given to spend! Messi would be nice but just not going to happen!

Like the article title says just abit of fun just wondered what sort of players people would fancy seeing down the KP.

I'll get us started

Kebe from Reading sort of wide player I think would be a good addition to the squad

we dont need anyone we are good enough as we are signing more players would only make it more complicated than it is now for players to gell, all we need is someone {hopefully np}to make these players work hard enough and gell together

It only seems two minutes since we were last building our many wish-lists, but for Sven's side. I don't think I have the energy or enthusiasm to do it again so soon - I'll just be fascinated to see where Pearson places his money, and who he ships out.

Yeah I get where your coming from and I don't disgree with you that it wasn't that long ago since we were all imagining what Sven was going to do with his money next but it is still in my belief that we still lack that cutting edge. I for one believe that the key to this division is pace and high work ethic. You only have to look at the teams that have gone up in recent years to see thats the case and our current squad as much as it has lots of quality more pace is needed in the build up of our movements forward

2 good quality wingers would be nice. I'd Like Whittingham myself + 1 other

A quality winger and a quality holding midfielder would complete my dream team.

Absolutely agree with you, JL070809, on the critical importance of pace and the work ethic in this division. They aren't enough on their own, but without more pace in particular we will struggle.

It's one reason I hope Schlupp gets a real chance to show what he can do.

I wonder will Waghorn stay at Hull on loan or will he be recalled? I am also more interested in who wont cut it under Pearson and will be sold or released...?

Wonder if Posh will change Beckhams mind and decide to come to Leicester now the King is back..

I hope he discovers so much potential in the current squad that he needs few if any new ones. The idea of having another barren spell while a second tranche of newbies 'gel' in the second half of the season fills me with dread.

I hope he gets rid of the real dead wood, i.e the players who never play and never will play such as:

Moreno - yes, he's still here!
Moussa - Decent player but never going to cut it I'm afraid
Oakley - On loan at the minute and again, decent player but won't get ahead of the players we have
Conrad - On loan, we will never need him again
Ball - Will we ever use him ahead of Pantsil / SSL / Bruno?

I'd be gutted if we spent our money on Kebe although he has tekkers, he either has a decent shot off target or a rubbish shot on target. Bradley WP is a good shout and great pace but his attitude stinks.
