I advocated at the end of last season that Yorkshire needed a shake-up and it looks like this has happened - but will Jason Gillespie, Paul Farbrace (last at Kent) and Phil Jaques do the business, do you think?

Jaques will score plenty in division 2. Gillespie as coach is an odd choice but he does have a good cricket brain when he talks.
