Football Manager 2012: Best Prospects/Staff

Just downloaded my illegal copy of FM12 today and I was wondering who the best youngsters and best staff (scouts/coaches/assistant managers) in the game are. Anybody unearthed some gems or know who the best youngsters are? Definitely need a right back because Jenkinson is dross and probably need a new CB and striker too.

Also have any of you played with Arsenal? Just took over them and the moral of the squad is absolutely shocking. I tried to have a team meeting to raise moral telling them to forget last season and that we could win the league and RVP and Vermaelen just ended up getting angry with me

hmm, i got about 25 goals from corners in one season with that, Samba got 17 and 2 hat tricks just from corners.

maybe there's other instructions for the other players which make it work, i will let you know later. the corners instuctions were just on the tactic i downloaded.

I've just put it so that it's near post every time and Vidic is attacking it (my strongest header-er).

Yeah Vidic should score loads, if it doesn't work then i'll see what the other players instuctions are on corners.

Spurs are surprisingly good in the game and always give me a scare. The only way I can win is by man marking vdv and going gung ho. They r usually always high scoring games too.

Just beat Bremen 7-2 in the group stages. Koscielny scored a hat trick

I still rarely score with near post corners.
