Morning spurs and villa fans.
Now i have had a run in with a few villa fans but this article is not intended to upset anybody.
i wanted to discuss the upcoming game.
i have just had a skim down the fixtures for this weekend and spurs v villa is clearly the standout fixture. mainly because spurs are playing, but there are no other games that really cut it this weekend.
anyway, on to the game, villa fans - will you be parking your rather large bus infront the goal again this season? I think its your best tactic, as lets face it, our midfield completely outclasses yours and thus we will dominate the ball.
you have a couple of pacey customers up top which will make you dangerous on the break.
if ledley king plays then i am confident of restricting villa to one goal, or maybe shutting them out.
VDV is fit, and as he loves scoring against villa i think that bodes well.
i am not sure how many villa fans will be travelling but hopefully there are a fair few as it will be a lively atmosphere. the lane under lights is beautiful.
villa are not a very good side and i think that 3 points from this game is essential, especially bearing in mind other fixtures this weekend.
my prediction = 3-1 to the mighty spurs. (rrp VDV to score first)
so lets all welcome back the prem and hope the spurs go marching on.
come on you spurs.
Spurs v Aston Villa - Monday Night

Just found out who the ref is for Monday night. Mark Halsey. Not a fan off his. Very picky and does not seem to allow a game to flow.
I dont think he has much affection for the villa either. This is a game I can see being decided on either a big wrong decision or none decision, from probably one of the poorest refs around imho.
Not to take anything away from either side. I think spurs have a little too much for us. I have a big fear about us getting a dubious penalty given against and a dead cert for us being declined.
Hope he doesn't ruin what should be a good game.

What I find most amazing is Chronic still comes out with the same unoriginal old dribble a whole year later.
You're a tryer, I'll give you that.
