2 Massive home games

As the title says, we have two massive games at home coming up v Peterborough and Burnley, win them both and it would put us right in the mix. What makes them more important, are the games that follow these two home games.... four very tough away games on the spin at Blackpool, Braga, Cardiff and Hull.

What are peoples opinions on what team CH should play?

Beat me to it,I was going to start the same thread!
2 massive home games for us,no doubt about it.Have to say I would be extremely happy with 4 points from these 2 games, which would sit us nicely in the play off zone above Crystal Palace in 6th.
Obviously depending on their results but with a win and a draw I'd have to believe our GD would be the better of the two.
So 6th place with another game still in hand, sounds very good to me!

Yes 4 points minimum is what we should be aiming to get.
I've just read that Gomis is again missing, so I assume its between Spector, N'Daw or Elliott for a place alongside Fahey in central midfield. Got a feeling it will be Spector again....

Gomis has been a big miss and we need him back, I would play Elliott with either Spector of Fahey. N'daw is too slow and the games will pass him by. Dont even fancy him to play in Braga if truth be told.

I too would like to see Elliott, seems like he likes to get on the ball and make things happen.
Also feel a bit sorry for Murphy having to settle for a place on the bench. Although i expect he'll be first choice left back by the time January is over.

+1 for Gomis. He does the simple things well and we have missed him big style, I know sometimes his positioning isn't great defensively but overall a good player for us.

I liked Ndaw last time he played and perhaps these two should play CM?

I like Elliott butI don't know where to use him. On the wing he offers too little going forward for me, maybe on the bench as an atacking CM option.

Burke was our best player in October and must start for me likewise Beau has to play, maybe in the hole. King has gone off the boil lately and I would be tempted to start Beau behind Zigic up front

Murphy should also start

Just my opinion, CH has done a terrific job and whatever team he picks will be for the right reasons. KRO

I've said since the first game I'd like to see murphy left back he's a lot better going forward, crossing, positioning and just a better left back. Play ridge at centre back with Davies if we really want him in but I'd prefer Caldwell. I want us to get butland between the sticks to give him a reason to stay should any one come calling in January but obviously he's out on loan, Redmond due a start too in my opinion and stick him in against Peterborough with beau moving behind wood up top

Mackem agree with all your ideas, Caldwell has been awesome and gives us composure at the back

I think we will get 6 points from these two games, as you have said they players should all be nicely rested, Peterbourogh seem to score a few goals but let a lot in too. I fancy 3-1 blues tomorrow, I will give my Burnley prediction on Monday.

I will let CH pick the team as he has done a good enough job so far. I know the team I would like us to play but I am not the manager yet!

As we are a bit weak in CM, what about Beau in there with Fahey, and Elliot or Redmond on the left wing?

Dont think it would happen, but I think it would work

Yes I fancy moving Beau off the wing, maybe to the hole, but can also see the logic of moving him to CM, he did it once before and did OK, one of the Euro games maybe? Without Mutch or Gomis in there we seem to give the ball away too easily, I would like Ndaw to start in CM ad get stuck in tomorrow.

Just not Spector, please, tries hard but he is not a CM.
