harry's little appointment is scheduled for around 23? january and expected to last for 10 days (it's something like that anyway. cant be rrd to look it up again).

Levy does the deals anyway. If you're suggesting Levy wouldn't want to act on Harry's recommendations "just in case" then that would have been the case in the Summer when the court case was first looming. It didn't seem to make any difference.

But to be honest I don't expect us to do much if any business in January. Its a useless window in my opinion as newcomers don't get up to speed until Spring and top players tend to move in the Summer.

it's not him going to prison i was thinking of though, but the possibility that the trial will be taking up all his time during the last few days of the window.
