Missed 2 big chances, 5 minutes later they are 2-0 down.
Andy Say goodbye to the unbeaten record

On another note, I notice the f1lth won again. Yes, I admit they are playing well but this is the clearest case of a 1 man team in EPL history - wont last
Newcastle?! Andy!

I know what you're saying ddd but some of our matches we should have put to bed early but we didn't. We made harder work of them than I think we should have done. But I still feel that with a good 3-0 win at home it will trigger a run of matches with similar scores for us except maybe WBA whom we rarely beat really convincingly. I would take a one goal win there but with the others i would want bigger wins than that.

When a team is up at the top Andy the luck goes with it. I was hoping that you were going to bring it back to 3-2 but you didn't although you were close. Penalties are not open play and I don't like them much even when we get them. It took City 41 minutes to open the scoring and then with a penalty which isn't too convincing in my book.

No Andy the score was 3-1 but the two penalties means that there wasn't a great deal of difference between the two teams today.

You play Utd next and I for one am not betting against you. Penalties are strange things and can be given by mistake as refs often are wrong about them. But today for example let's suppose both had been saved then it would have been 1-1 with you hitting the post. There's a fine line between winning matches and losing them by penalties Andy. A penalty is something which is purely in the hands of a referee and are given by good luck or by bad. They are given by players diving and players not in the box when fouled. Then there is pressure on the penalty taker and the goalkeeper. You lost by penalties today Andy and next week's result will be VERY interesting.
