A Note On Liverpool Fans

After having an article of no real value but containing no real malice removed from the Liverpool board yesterday (for details, read http://www.ja606.co.uk/articles/viewArticle/57668) for no reason other than that it wasn't really something Liverpool fans liked to hear at the present time, i browsed their board again an hour later and found a hilariously whiny article about how awful it is that they get WUM'd occasionally and how this site can be better tailored to suit Liverpool fans precious sensitivity toward banter.

I replied on this thread and made a bit of effort actually, and since it's almost certain to get deleted i'm gonna repeat it here. You know, for posterity, or something.

"the thing is at the start of the season when Arsenal got off to an abysmal start, there were almost as many Liverpool fans on the Arsenal board as there were Arsenal ones, all of them relishing the misfortune and schadenfreuding shamelessly. Arsenal fans just sort of put up with it or got annoyed, or whatever.

Now the boots on the other foot and Liverpool fans are showing an embarrassing level of hypocrisy even for football fans: instead of taking some of what they were happy to dish out, they want to silence anybody that criticizes their "greht cloob". And they'll still WUM other boards just as they always do (like sections of fans of all clubs do) and completely fail to see any hypocrisy in it, as always."

Anyway, is there a more hypocritical group of supporters on this site? I would take Manc arrogance over this lot any day. Hell, bring on the Spurs half season endowments of glory over this pitiable bunch. I'm actually kind of shocked by them: i knew they were delusional, i knew they were precious but now they're driven to fascism?
