Refs To Strike?

First of all we had Butcher calling into question the integrity of Stevie O'Reilly. That was followed by ex-footballer and pundit Billy Dodds bizarrely revealing that he had been following the same ref's career for a number of years and suggesting he should be demoted.

Then we had Thistle player Jonny Hayes suggesting that all three officials on Saturday were pro-Celtic.

On top of this we had St Johnstone boss Steve Lomas making hand gestures towards Craig Thomson, the 4th official at Ibrox on Saturday.

And to top it off, Killie boss Kenny Shiles was quoted after his team's draw against Hibs as saying “There were lots of mistakes, and the ineptitude of one person from the 23 starting participants had a major influence on us not winning the game" in reference to referee Stephen Finnie.

And yet we hear no mention strike action or any other action from them.

Strange. Very strange.

Lomas should be brought up on charges of Honesty.

The media allow most of this to slip under the radar. Not many knew the stuff that Paolo Sergio and Vladimir Romanov were saying about the SFA.

I would have thought they would only go on strike if the SFA again fail to support them.

Butcher should rightly be hammered for his comments and I'm sure he will be.

We all thought Bougherra would get hammered by the SFA for manhandling a referee but nothing happened to him. Compare his "punishment" with these two cases:

http://sport.stv.tv/football/scottish-first/ross-county/271446-ross-county-striker-steven-craig-banned-for-eight-matches/

Or even this:

The SFA are a rule unto themselves.

Don't forget the Scottish Disciplinary committee agreed their interpretations of the striking referee law.
If a Ranger player manhandled/struck a referee it depended on the Rangers player's eyes to determine the punishment. For a non Rangers player it was 12 match suspension except a Celtic player who will get 24 matches.

Brilliant

Provided u don't actually believe that of course. In which case... You're insane

Papa Sasac
Can you tell me why you think I am insane. Did not 2 Rangers players manhandle/strike the referee in the cup match that Rangers lost last season at Celtic Park.
Was a non Rangers player (from East Stirling I believe ) not given a 12 match ban. Did Neil Lennon not get double the normal maximum punishment last season.for some simple offence.
I await any enquiries you may have.
