One game makes all the difference!

This is current postions

P GD PTS
1 Man City 12 +31 34
2 Man Utd 12 +17 29
3 Tottenham 11 +8 25

v Everton (if this had not been postponed) and for example we won 1-0
v City (if we had not been a shambles and City had the off day instead) and for example we won 1-0

this would have been current positions

P GD PTS
1 Man City 12 +26 31
2 Tottenham 12 +14 31
3 Man Utd 12 +17 29

So the riots, the 5-1 hammering, plus a dozen goals, is what separates us from City so far this season. Granted Everton is never a guaranteed win at home.

I know its all ifs and buts, but just goes to show that the head to head games involving top 6 teams this season are going to be vital.

United could say the same thing about their 6-1 defeat.

Should that be two games make all the difference?

Bubbles

I knew someone would have to say that.

Point is that this season may not end up being a one or two horse race.

There is still plenty of time and games for it to become more cosy between all top 6 or 7 teams.

Its already a two horse race there is no way we will keep pace with the two Manchester teams
