Never been a fan of Berba up front on his own. I know Nani or Young will be supporting him, but I just dont think he's cut out for that role.

Agree with you about Gibson. He just isnt a United player, much rather Pogba or Morrison get a chance.

I have no idea. He obviously does not see enough in Morrison.

And that is not good news for United fans, like me, who had high hopes for Morrison.

Because if Morrison is not better than Gibson then Morrison is never going to be good enough.

I think the reason Morrison isn't on the bench is that this match is a sort of must-win, we cannot afford to lose this and given that Gibbo is a more senior player it makes sense to have someone with a little experience rather than the whippet...Hopefully the boys can win this match...looking forward to seeing Gaitan and the Berb-meister.

I wouldn't read too much into Gibson being given a squad place over Morrison here. The latter is untried and tested and this is an important game. Had we had the group stage tied up I think Fergie may have taken a chance on Morrison, Pogba et al but he's made a safe decision here i think. Gibson has had his better games for us in the Champions League, too.
