Nah we needed a deep midfielder more. Like I said earlier I would really consider recalling Kakuta, he can't do any worse than Anelkalouda and he'd get more chances with us then he is at Bolton now

We stop focusing for a second and get punished tonight again..............is this a bad run or are we in need of new players to replace Terry,Lamps,Cech, Mikel,Drogs etc?
We have been the almost men over and over again recently.

You can't blame AVB for bringing Kalou on, Valencia were looking tired so just bring some pace and directness on and stretch them

That dopey Kalou handball annoyed me v Valencia as it was so uncalled for...............and could see us out of the CL.

Granted, but surely you don't expect one of your players to flap his arms at the ball when you're in the box and defending a slender 1-0 lead, whether it be Kalou, Drogba or Torres?

I blame AVB for wasting precious and limited time in assessing the Squad.
This squad was finished some years ago, everybody knew that, but why it took AVB so much time to figure that out beats me!

During the transfer window, I kept on emphasising the need to buy @ least 2 creative mids, but no...instead we spent the money on player(s) that can't even ßë called upon, let alone; make a difference when we desperately need help.

Apart from the reasons I gave above, the 'recycled players' are to ßë blamed for our poor form.
This whole scenerio reminds me of Carlo and Scolari's reign.

For the sake of managerial continuity, I hope that AVB starts fielding other players who haven't been really given a chance to shine, and that Roman exercises patience, so that AVB can finally get the personnel that would fit into his football philosophy.

Abramovich is to blame, he should have kept Ancelloti and given him time and resources to build a team

I think Cech is world class too,but not what he was a few years ago.
Bad pass to Mikel v pool and at fault along with Alex tonight.
I mean we may have to look at all players who underperform in order to progress.


I am just miffed at Chelsea messing up again as well,so ignore my ramblings.I really find it hard to believe the bad luck and poor displays in recent weeks.
