Wes Brown & his Medical Team

Thankfully the Wanderers have come out and publicly stated that we will not be persuing Wes Brown ( plus personal ambulance and medical team) due to his injury record. He would want massive wages and be available for at most 15 games if his past record is anything to go by. His agent has been briefing the national press for days, including Fergie's mouth piece the MEN, about a move to Bolton. He is now available to join the rest of the Utd exiles in Sunderland, is Steve Bruce on a commission from Fergie ?

Bit harsh. He has been a reliable squad player for the best team in the land:

We don't need squad players who can only perform for part of the season. You may not realise, we have probably the smallest squad in the Prem, so we have to have players who can stay fit. Unfortunately Brown does not fit into that category.

My point is that Wes would admirably perform at any club, and only hasn't had more games simply because of the calibre of players he's had to compete with. Yes he had injuries, was very unlucky early on in his career, but has always performed well.

Not playing because you have Ferdinand and Vidic in front of you, isn't the same as not being good enough. I believe he played most/all of the games when VdS went over 1,000 minutes without conceeding

He is also able to play all across the back 4, and at a club like Bolton he would be a valuable asset.

-------------

In that case, I expect him to be in the starting line-up vs QPR on the first day
