That's not how they played Spurs in last year's QF. The statement should read "as soon as they play Barça they start to play a dirty ultra defensive game" - which in fact was only true of the string of spring clásicos last season and the at the Camp Nou under Juande Ramos. Other than that, we've generally tried to take Barça on - and despite having got badly spanked for it more than once, I wouldn't want us to approach those games any other way. I reallt felt Mourinho let us down when we refused to attack Barça on our own turf in last year's CL. It was embarrassing.
