i dont think eto'o would be that great a signing he is to old is past his best and wages would be to high.
it looks like samba and gervinho is coming and i would take cahill but wouldnt pay more then 15 million

Left back and defensive midfield, but he has been a beast a centre back for us I can not see him being switched to left back now

Why would Wenger spend 15million on a player who is going to be worthless in 3 years, on top of his 100kpw wages?! At that rate with the transfer fee included he would cost us £10million per year. To put that into perspective, if Fabregas left for £40million, he would have earned us around £3million per year.

I actually really hope Fab doesn't leave,I detest barcelona. If you keep him and he's firin on all cylinders next season,Wouldn't be suprised at all if you come away with 2 trophies.

Eto'o could be the striker who wins you trophies,maybe you should look at spending money on proven players even if it is going to not last long. just to get some trophies to attract bigger younger players.

I feel for you,Leeds are in the same boat,but its our owner that wont spend,Barca have nicked one of our kids,just so frustrating. If you do sell Fabregas I hope you get 40+mill for him and he's never better than what he was last season. I detest every part of Barca/

To be honest probably more of a shock if we were able to get him.
He is a top class player who has been trailed by Man United for years and has been linked with Europe's elite sine his move from Brazil.
Personally I would be delighted if Wenger got Costa.
As for Hazard it is my opinion Wenger has probably agreed to not bid for him until next season.
